CAD Designer
R&R is seeking a CAD Designer who is highly motivated and a self-starter. The primary role of this position is to collaborate with all departments (including Engineering, Customer Service, and Production).


Primary Responsibilities

  • Product Lifestyle Maintenance
  • Create, supply, and maintain layout drawings, 2D/3D drawings, manuals, and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Design Engineering Group, Manufacturing and Shipping to meet deadlines and product ship dates
  • Be extremely organized and keep a neat work environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents (schematics, layouts, BOMs)
  • Ability to design boards using CAD software
  • Electrical Expertise in wiring, testing, troubleshooting and prototyping
  • Proficiency in Schematic Capture software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written - English)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

  • Five (5) or more years of experience
  • CAD - Solidworks and DesignCAD (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Inventor acceptable)
  • Schematic Capture - Mentor Graphics (DXDesigner, PADS Layout)
  • ERP/SAP - Infor Visual
  • Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience





Elevator Technician
R&R is seeking an Elevator Technician with an understanding of drives, controllers, and motors. This position is office based with remote work possibilities and minimized field time.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support to field technicians with their installation of R&R equipment (battery back-up units)
  • Collaborate with R&R production test technicians to improve current testing methods in correlation with field requirements
  • Assist customers with product selection(s) based on their project(s) elevator system configuration(s)
  • Participate in new product developments to ensure industry placement
  • Travel as needed to customer locations and work with their engineers and technicians

Basic Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience in the elevator industry
  • Experience with installation of elevator electronic equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of the installation and maintenance of elevator equipment; understanding of current elevator codes
  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interface with customers
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with electrical field tools (volt meter, oscilloscope, hand tools and soldering)
  • Proficient in MS Office and elevator software configurations





Production Technician
R&R is seeking a Production Technician for pre-assembly and final assembly. The position is responsible for supporting all products manufactured in our Bethlehem, PA facility.


Primary Responsibilites

  • Successfully perform pre-assembly and final assembly of units
  • Complete quality inspections of all unit components during assembly process
  • Collaborate with Production Team and Engineering Department
  • Ensure production schedule is followed and sales orders ship dates are met
  • Ensure ompliance with all best safety practices
  • Assist in Shipping Department as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience
  • Working knowledge of computers; proficient in MS Office Suite and using an internet browser
  • Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics and use basic power tools
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Physical Demands

  • Walking or standing 35% and sitting approximately 65% (approximately) of the time
  • Manual dexterity (use of hands, arms, and feet for lifting as well as use of equipment and computer)
  • Lifting 65 pounds
  • Auditory and visual abilities
